The Langham Estate is a commercial property management company in Central London.

As their Marketing Assistant, I built on the estate’s prime location and rich history, creating videography which was featured on their YouTube and LinkedIn to highlight the vibrancy of Langham’s neighbourhood, different amenities in the area, and bespoke features of their vacant units. Deliverables also included social media posts and detailed brochures for each space to let, window signage design, as well as internal and external email layout designing and copywriting. Scheduling emails to appropriate recipients was crucial to ensure efficient communication and exposure for any updates and events.

Managing the CRM system was vital in accurately representing available spaces to let on both their website and external platforms. For this I used the Agents Society and Agents Insight online platforms. I also utilised external online real estate property portals such as Rightmove, scheduling and carrying out biweekly reviews with them to analyse listing performance and ensure all details were up to date.

Scheduling quarterly photoshoots of vacant spaces with the external photographer was also important to capture and showcase the units in the most current light. Reworking the SEO across both their website and external listings optimised visibility online.
